Property inspections for insurers

Inspections that get in.
Evidence that holds up.

Fieldsworn is a field-inspection platform built around the two things legacy vendors get wrong: the front door and the finished file. We reach the policyholder four ways before an inspector ever rolls a truck — and every photo we deliver is GPS- and time-stamped, reviewed by a named human, and defensible in a dispute.

AI-read · human-sworn · every override on the record

Why we exist

Fieldsworn was founded by someone who spent years inside the legacy field-inspection industry and watched the same failure repeat at scale: the visit that never happens.

Nobody home. Access refused. A confused homeowner who never got the letter. The industry's answer was to send the inspector again — and again — while the carrier waited a month for photos of a house. The inspection business doesn't have a camera problem. It has a door problem. We built the company that fixes the door first.
— the reason Fieldsworn exists

What makes us different

Four things, all of them running in the product today — not on a roadmap.

1

The door, solved

Every policyholder is notified four ways — email, mailed letter, text, and an automated call — with a self-scheduling link that lets them pick the time or tell us no one needs to be home. A refusal pauses dispatch instead of burning another truck roll. Fewer failed visits is the whole ballgame: it's where the days and the dollars go.

2

Evidence, sworn

Photos are GPS- and time-stamped at capture. Every report passes a QA review where approval is a named human's signature — and any override of an automated flag requires a written reason that stays on the record. The PDF that reaches your file is one you can stand behind in a dispute.

3

AI that speeds, humans that swear

Vision AI reads inspection photos, pre-fills findings, and flags contradictions between what the rep wrote and what the lens saw. Then a person signs. You get AI turnaround without black-box answers — every suggestion is logged, and disagreement is surfaced, not smoothed over.

4

Plugs into your book

Upload your address list as a CSV — we auto-detect the export formats of the vendors you're leaving. Or order straight from your policy-admin system with an API key and get signed webhooks back at every status change. Your SLA dashboard shows live turnaround, completion, and failed-visit rates — measured, not promised.

How it works

From order to defensible file, without a phone tree.

Order in bulk or by API.

Drop in a CSV of risk addresses or connect your system. Addresses geocode automatically; bad rows are reported individually, never blocking the file.

We reach the policyholder — four ways.

Email, letter, text, and automated call, each with a self-scheduling link. They pick a time, flag the dog, or tell us access is fine without them.

An inspector captures sworn evidence.

Guided capture for every required angle — exterior, roof, meters, per-unit interiors when ordered. Each frame GPS- and time-stamped at the moment it's taken.

AI reads. QA signs. You get the file.

Vision AI pre-reads the photos and flags contradictions; a reviewer resolves every flag and signs the approval. The report and status webhook land in your system.

“Sworn” isn't branding. It's the operating rule.

Every approval is a person's name. Every override has a written reason. Every photo knows where and when it was taken. If you're tired of vendors who promise turnaround and deliver excuses at the door, run a pilot book through us and measure the difference.
